Email hisingh1@gmail.com with your device model, app version, and a description of the problem. Do not send API keys, payment details, or sensitive recordings. Include a screenshot only if it does not contain information you wish to keep private.

Getting started

1. Add or scan a card and check the recognized numbers.
2. Open Listen and start listening after granting microphone access.
3. Review uncertain calls and correct the number board when needed.
4. Check every BINGO against your paper card and your venue’s rules.

Scanning and speech

Use a clear, well-lit card photo. Recognition can make mistakes, especially in noisy rooms. Keep the caller audible, check the live transcript, and correct missed calls manually. Stop listening in the app when finished; you can also revoke microphone permission in device settings.

Purchases and restore

Available Pro products and prices appear in the app’s store purchase screen. Restore purchases using the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through your device’s store.

Delete local information

Use the app’s reset controls to remove local sessions and settings. Remove your OpenRouter key separately in the recognition settings. Exported backups are separate files; delete them from the locations where you saved or shared them. Contact us for help with information sent to support.

The app does not predict calls, guarantee a win, conduct wagering, or determine official winners. Follow your venue’s rules on device use.
